Chelsea Blaich, conference scholarship recipient
“I am incredibly grateful for the scholarship to attend the Florida Public Relations Association Annual Conference. I have learned so much as Time & Attendance chair for our chapter, but attending the Annual Conference really put into perspective the broader reach this organization has. During the four day conference, I met representatives from various chapters around the state, allowing me to get insight into their chapter happenings, share ideas and develop relationships. And, the event’s program and speakers were first class. I participated in a number of keynote and breakout sessions that touched on very focused topics relevant to my field of work – including representatives from IKEA and my favorite, Amazon. I would highly encourage any member to consider applying for the chapter’s scholarship or budgeting to attend next year’s Annual Conference.”

“What a difference attending conference has made in my professional life. I will try to never miss conference in the future. The speakers were of a national speakers platform, with such penetrate information, it was difficult to decide which breakout session I needed or wanted to attend. After each speaker, I was so impressed and then they just got better. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful experience with me.”
