The Florida Public Relations Association’s Northwest Florida Coast Chapter raised more than $6,000 at its annual holiday fundraising event, Holiday Toast on the Coast on Dec. 8.
“This is one of my favorite FPRA events – where members can celebrate the holiday season with their colleagues, enjoy and support local food and drink, and also raise funds to promote and educate public relations professionals in our area” said Julie Stuckey, president for FPRA Northwest Florida Chapter. “The funds we raise through this event help us afford monthly luncheons, state conferences, events, and memberships.”
The event was held at Justin Gaffery’s Gallery located in Blue Mountain Beach, Florida. Through the generous support of business owners and community residents, more than 40 silent auction items were available for bidding. The evening featured exclusive prints from Justin Gaffery in addition to delicious food by Sunset Bay Café and The Vue on 30A. Local beer and drinks were provided by Grayton Beer Company, 30a Wine, and Timber Creek Distillery. Land, Air and Sea Productions was the official event photographer capturing some of the night’s most memorable moments, and event goody bags were provided by Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The Henderson sponsored the photo booth.
The Northwest Florida Coast Chapter invites all interested marketing and public relations professionals to join its monthly luncheons and special events like Holiday Toast on the Coast in 2018.
